All deposits are non-refundable
Please inform us of any cancellations by e-mail or phone. The day we receive your cancellation by e-mail or phone will be the day that we use to determine your refund status.
If for any reason 3 months before your trip you have to cancel and your trip has been fully paid, we will refund your money minus your deposit.
You may credit your deposit towards any trip you rebook in the future up to the end of the following season.
If you find a replacement for your trip, you may transfer payment including deposit to your replacement, but not to someone that has already booked a seat on the same trip.
There will be a $100 administration fee if we have to refund your money and make payment arrangements with your replacement.
If you cancel your trip less than 3 months before it starts and neither you nor Kingfisher Heliskiing finds a replacement, you will not receive a refund. Kingfisher Heliskiing strongly encourages you to purchase trip cancellation insurance.
